Fergusson pointed out that as players get deeper and more deeply into their D2R Items character "the in-game currency cost for respect becomes higher and higher -- and eventually, you'll be at a point where you're at level 90 Barbarian and instead of altering my character, it's best to just roll a new Barbarian and start over."
Diablo Immortal will soon receive its second major update on the 14th of December. This update, titled Terror's Tide, brings tons of new content to the game, notably the very first post-launch zones, named Stormpoint. The zone will introduce a brand-new primary quest, monsters, and bosses in Diablo Immortal. and will keep players grinding away.
The update to Terror's Tide for Diablo Immortal adds new content that's sure to appeal to veteran players as well as players who are just getting started. Notably, every server are set at the Server Paragon Level of 320 (if they are below this level) and the maximum experience rewards for players who are lower than Server Paragon Level have been doubled. Because it is the case that Stormpoint zone will only be available to players at the level 60 who have had reached Hell Difficulty III and completed the Starsign quest, these adjustments will enable lower-leveled players to be able to access the new content faster.
Advanced players will also gain from the changes to the Paragon Diablo 2 Resurrected Items system and Hell Difficulties. New Hell Difficulties are coming (VI VII, VI, and VIII) in addition to three brand-new Paragon Trees. Paragon Trees will also now unlock when you complete different Hell challenges so that progression feels more rewarding.
